To help you navigate the impressive list of courses available at Total Diving, we've grouped them in 5 categories: Kids, Snorkeling & Freediving, Start Your Scuba Diving Adventure, Continue Your Adventure and Go Pro.
Programs for Kids
This includes bubblemakers, SEAL Team and birthday parties!
We also have a series of training programs on the environment. You could integrate some of these courses in kids parties or at their school.
Snorkeling & Skin Diving
For kids and adults. recreational or competitive.
Although Total Diving is well known for his scuba diving training programs, we are also the premier snorkeling and skin diving center in Quebec. Whether you want to fully enjoy your Caribbean holidays or simply play in the pool with the kids, we have a program for you.
Total Diving also has a full environmental program that do not require you to get wet.
Since the Fall of 2006, we also offer the science diver and snorkeling courses from Beautiful Oceans.

Become a certified diver with our Total Diver package including the PADI Open Water Diver and PADI Advanced Open Water Diver courses.

Master Scuba Diver
There is nothing more prestigious than the Master Scuba Diver rating. And to help you reach that goal, we have designed a Total Master Scuba Diver program.
Specialty Courses for Divers and Non-Divers
This is a really cool step in your development as a diver or snorkeler!
We every single Specialty Course available from PADI, National Geographic and Beautiful Oceans.
As a diver, you can discover various kinds of diving environments like deep diving, wreck penetration and diving with nitrox or you can play with all kinds of toys like underwater scooters, lift bags, dry suits and underwater cameras.
Rescue & First Aid
This is the ultimate step for a recreational diver who wants to be able to take care of himself and his buddy - or the first step in your development as a professional diver.
Besides the PADI Rescue Diver course, we offer:
- every single first aid course available from Emergency First Aid (EFR); and
- Divers Alert Network (DAN).
Mix it all together to obtain the well round up Total Rescue Diver certification.
Technical Diving
If you are physically and mentally ready to push the limits, Total Diving offers you deep, decompression, trimix and rebreather training courses from DSAT, PADI and TDI.

Go Pro - First Aid Programs
With Total Diving, you can become an instructor for about any first aid and CPR related topic, with EFR and DAN.
Technician Training
Our extensive scuba diving technician training program includes course from PSI, FQAS, DSAT, TDI, DRI and various manufacturers to help you with Transport Canada's requirements, fill station operations, nitrox and trimix blending as well as diving gear service and maintenance.
Diving Retail Institute
Total Diving is getting ready to bring to Montreal a series of courses for store managers, employees and instructors including training in sales, telephone handling, negotiation techniques with suppliers, handling difficult clients and more.
It's a great add-on asset in your deck of cards if you are serious about launching or developing your career as a Scuba Diving Pro.
